National Residential Real Estate Developer:

A national apartment developer and management company required a security presence at a number of their properties across the country. Many of their developments are located in “up and coming” urban areas. They decided having trained, uniformed off-duty police officers offered significant benefits over armed and unarmed security guards in protecting their tenants and property. Hart Halsey provided a turn-key solution entailing one weekly nation-wide invoice for the developer.

Manufacturer Requiring a Superior Security Solution:

A manufacturing company was experiencing high rates of internal product theft. An armed robbery in the presence of employees underscored the need for a superior security solution. The firm already had security guards in place, but felt this was inadequate. They decided to station officers at their location 24/7. The cost was not significantly more than the security guards, but the protection was meaningfully different.
